Set your inner IndieTripper loose. I can help.
Every trip I design starts with the same question: do you want a place to unpack and explore outward from, or a route to follow and take in what's along the way? The IndieTripper Roadmaps below work either way. Some are built around bases: places you settle in for a few nights to really dig into the place itself, with a few suggested day trips for a change of scenery. Others are built around anchors: the points you move between on a journey where the road itself is part of the trip.
The real starting point of planning any trip is solving three big challenges: how do I get there, where do I stay, and how do I get around once I'm there? These are often the costliest and most time-consuming parts. As an independent traveler, you'll still want a good guidebook. I’ll share some of my top local suggestions, chosen with your survey answers in mind, to help pace your days and point you in a direction. I figure out the big logistics up front, so you are free to roam when you get there: to discover, to taste, to turn down a side street that catches your eye.
Every Roadmap (apart from the Check-In) includes a personalized itinerary — routing, recommendations, links to providers, and estimated costs current as of when I do the research — delivered as a single convenient document. You only have to make the bookings yourself and go.
These Roadmap tiers are meant to give you a sense of scope and pricing in advance — not to box you in. If the trip you're dreaming up doesn't fit neatly into any of these, let's talk; custom pricing is always available.
